Vinhomes Skylake is a luxury apartment project of Vingroup, located at the intersection of Dương Đình Nghệ and Phạm Hùng streets – the new administrative center of the capital city. Vinhomes Skylake stands out in western Hanoi thanks to its location and convenient transportation system. Managed by Vietnam’s leading real estate brand, Vinhomes, it embodies outstanding values in safety, security, and human community. Additionally, designed by the world’s leading architecture firm – AEDAS, it features intelligent design. This allows all apartment windows to overlook open sky and water, affirming the project’s green spaces philosophy.
“Living green is good – Living in the blue is even better”
From the brand story “Living green is good – Living in the blue is even better,” TWS proposed a brand identity system. Vinhomes Skylake’s unique feature is the extensive view from the sky pool infinity pool to the 19-ha lake, providing a sense of freedom and mineral richness.
Therefore, during the creative process, TWS chose to develop the logo based on each letter component to highlight the prominent “water” element. Inspired by the sunset at dusk, we combined blue and purple to evoke tranquility and modernity in the project’s color scheme. Noteworthy, during 2015-2016, this color mood was considered the most distinctive in the market, partly contributing to Vinhomes Skylake’s high brand recognition among the public. Until now, some projects still use this color combination in their designs.
With numerous advantages, it is unsurprising that over 90% of Vinhomes Skylake’s apartments sold within four months of launch.
