In this increasingly competitive landscape, CapitaLand Development (CLD) – a Singapore-based developer with over 30 years of experience in Vietnam – marked a significant milestone with the launch of its first landed residential project in East Hanoi, and in Northern Vietnam.

For The Fullton Edition, The Woodpecker Studio (TWS) led the development of the Brand Strategy, Brand Identity, Visual Identity, and Digital Presence. The goal was to move beyond the familiar conventions of local real estate communication, while establishing a distinctive brand character from the very first phase.
