A real estate project landing page should do more than just present information clearly. It must convey the spirit and the story behind the development. For Rivea Residences, the developer Meyland challenged TWS to balance these two elements by ensuring a coherent, accessible structure while maintaining aesthetic depth and emotional resonance.
To achieve this, TWS adopted “the flow of water” as a guiding principle to organize the entire experience as a seamless journey. Layout, graphics, and motion were coordinated to guide readers naturally while developing a visual system based on existing brand materials. This created a landing page that remains informative while fully reflecting the project’s soul.
About Meyland and
the Rivea Residences project
Tan A Dai Thanh Group Real Estate Joint Stock Company – Meyland (MEYGROUP) is a subsidiary of Tan A Dai Thanh Group specializing in Urban, Resort, and Industrial real estate. With the goal of becoming a symbol of Pure Real Estate in Vietnam and reaching international standards, Meyland creates sustainable living values through landmark projects such as Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc, Meysenses Lucia Bay, and Galia Hanoi.
In November 2025, they introduced Rivea Residences, a luxury apartment project defined as the intersection of urban heritage and modern life in Southern Hanoi. Located in Vinh Hung Ward near the Red River, the project offers flexible connectivity and airy living spaces. This riverside advantage inspired the “Shape of Water” design language with fluid architectural lines. This is most evident in the two soaring towers joined by the Khoi Nguyen Bridge on the 35th floor, which acts as a convergence point before unfolding into the spaces below.
Design challenges
For a concept-driven project like Rivea Residences, Meyland set three core requirements for TWS during implementation:
– Conveying the project’s spirit.
– Developing and applying a flexible graphic system.
– Optimizing the user experience.
Materials
The guidelines provided by Meyland offered a clear visual direction. The super-graphic system inspired by flowing water suggests continuous movement. Typography uses the PP Museum font family to deliver a sense of luxury and sophistication while ensuring readability and a smooth rhythm. Additionally, a palette of bronze, deep burgundy, and metallic effects adds visual depth and reflects the brand’s premium identity.
Solutions from TWS
Inspired by the Red River and the “Shape of Water” concept, TWS built the Rivea Residences landing page as a multi-layered and seamless journey. The layout features generous breathing room that allows content to be clearly partitioned while maintaining a fluid experience.
Graphic elements derived from the flow motif appear dynamically as backgrounds, integrated imagery, or connectors between content blocks. Wave-like transitions are handled softly so that sections follow one another naturally without interruption. Furthermore, motion is strictly controlled in rhythm and intensity to stay true to a gentle yet profound spirit. Every effect appears at the right moment to guide the user and maintain focus. The entire system of layout, graphics, and motion operates as a unified flow.
The result is a smooth and storytelling-driven landing page where users do more than just access information. They gradually feel the project’s essence through every interaction.
Closing words
Upon completion, the Rivea Residences landing page received positive feedback from the developer for its ability to fully convey the project’s spirit on a digital platform with meticulous detail and high aesthetic value.
Through this project, TWS reaffirms its role as a creative partner capable of transforming architectural concepts into a modern and consistent experience. This approach is subtle enough to retain narrative depth and clear enough to create an emotional connection with the reader.
