Dubbed the “Hotel of Lifestyle,” L7 Hotels is a hotel chain that aims to provide unique experiences and ignite inspiration for cultural creatives and young individuals.
Responsible for Content Creation, Creative Localization, and Hotel Collaterals Design during the pre-opening phase and the first year of operation of L7 West Lake Hanoi By Lotte (L7 WLHBL), TWS has successfully crafted an aesthetic that not only reflects the local essence but also magnificently showcases L7’s distinctive personality across all design materials by using the combination of Indochinese architectural elements with L7’s elegance and warmth.
A Journey for Inspiration
TWS’s journey alongside L7 West Lake Hotel commenced with the creative localization of content from Korean into three different languages, including English, Vietnamese, and Japanese. With a keen understanding of L7’s unique writing style and personality, TWS approached the task with objectivity and finesse to effectively localize it into other languages, contributing to providing travelers with unique experiences while maintaining a sense of familiarity with their native languages.
The Hotel Collaterals
Beside Creative Localization, TWS played a crucial role in designing the Hotel Collaterals, encompassing various printed materials used throughout the entire hotel. The extensive list comprised over 100 items that required design and translation from Korean to English.
With the predominant color theme being the brand’s yellow, the design of the products emphasizes simplicity while retaining vibrancy, tidiness while preserving creativity by incorporating L7-themed graphics. Moreover, the design is meticulously calculated to effectively convey the brand spirit while remaining highly practical and easy to produce domestically.

Over 150 days of intense work involved a collaboration with a top-tier team of 30+ personnel and the core L7 West Lake Hotel By Lotte team, this journey was truly an “Inspiration Expedition” for both TWS and the L7 West Lake Hotel team.
