For over 10 years, The Woodpecker Studio has consistently elevated the presence of leading real estate and hospitality brands such as LOTTE Hotels & Resorts, Meliá, BRG Group, Vinhomes, and Vinpearl. Leveraging its deep expertise in the Vietnamese market, combined with an acute understanding of consumer behavior, preferences, and local trends in Hanoi, The Woodpecker Studio creates strategies that resonate with potential homeowners.
Building on this expertise, CapitaLand Development recently appointed The Woodpecker Studio as the exclusive MarCom agency for Lumi Hanoi. Tasked with leading the MarCom strategy for all three phases of “The City of Light,” the agency helped the project achieve remarkable success, with 97% of the 3,100 units sold in its first two phases.

Following this success, CapitaLand Development has once again entrusted The Woodpecker Studio with its newest project, The Senique Hanoi – marking the first gated community for high-rise buildings in East Hanoi.
Spanning approximately 2.1 hectares, with a total development value exceeding SGD 600 million (around VND 10.8 trillion), The Senique Hanoi will offer approximately 2,150 apartments across three 37-story towers.
