The Woodpecker Studio (TWS) is appointed to lead branding for Masteri Trinity Square, marking its first collaboration with Masterise Homes.

As Masterise Homes debuts its first high-rise development in Ocean Park 2, the project also opens a new chapter of collaboration. For the first time, Masterise Homes partners with The Woodpecker Studio, creating space for bold creative ideas and fresh market perspectives.

Building on this experience, TWS continues to breathe life into Masteri Trinity Square, shaping its architectural rhythm and symbolic design into an evocative narrative that elevates the project’s core lifestyle ethos.
A trinity of lifestyle – A unity of living
Masteri Trinity Square is Masterise Homes’ 18th project and its second development in Eastern Hanoi. Located within the Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 township, the project offers high-quality high-rise residences within a large-scale urban ecosystem. Defining the master creative concept for trinity living
For this landmark project, TWS is entrusted with a distinctive and foundational mandate: developing the overarching creative concept that defines the project’s entire identity. This strategic responsibility enables TWS to shape a unified narrative that seamlessly connects architecture, landscape, and lifestyle into a cohesive brand world. To fulfill this mandate, TWS is appointed to lead four core scopes of work:
- Brand Strategy:
- Define master brand positioning, value pillars, creative big ideas, and messaging frameworks.
- Build a cohesive naming system, develop taglines, and craft the overarching narrative.
- Complementing with a high-level marketing communications roadmap for the full launch journey.
- Brand Identity:
- Create the complete identity system: logo, typography, color palette, visual language, and photography direction.
- Establish detailed brand guidelines, including social media standards for consistent expression across platforms.
- Brand Collaterals:
- Produce essential marketing and branding materials: key visuals, digital banners, brochures, sales leaflets, and hoarding concepts.
- Support all phases from pre-launch to full commercial rollout.
- Digital Experience:
- Design and develop the full digital ecosystem: landing pages and bilingual website.
- Plan sitemaps, UX–UI design, and back-end development for a seamless online experience.
