As part of our expansion efforts, The Woodpecker Studio is currently looking for a Account Executive who: 

What you will do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction. 
• Handle client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on the performance of client campaigns.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals for prospective clients.
• Manage documentation related to quotations, project contracts, and agreements.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of paperwork and contracts.
• Research and stay updated on new creative marketing trends within the industry and market.

What you will need

• Proficient in English with a minimum IELTS score of 6.5, and at least 6.5 in both listening and speaking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communication, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference within agencies.
• Dynamic, creative, proactive, and full of ideas.
• Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to translate them into actionable plans.
• Excellent coordination and teamwork skills to ensure seamless collaboration within the team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing situations and manage stress effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage documentation accurately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.

• Working hours:

  – 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, 

  – 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM every Saturday.
